Jessica Pregnolato is a proud native of Los Angeles.
Born to a mother of Irish descent who was adamant about nutrition and health, and a father of Italian descent who viewed pasta and good wine as a religion, Jessica was lucky enough to be exposed to the great cultural and culinary mecca that Southern California has to offer.
After studying theater and writing in Seattle, Jessica sharpened her cooking skills in kitchens then traveled through Europe for 3 years. Landing back in Los Angeles, she began to re-experience symptoms of Endometriosis. After many frusturating attempts to speak with doctors and nurses about healing her condition wothout resorting back to surgery and hormones, she took her health into her own hands and found how diet, knowledge, self care as well as herbs and Chinese medicine could revamp her health and give her a new sense of vitality.
This ispired her to attend the IPSB massage school in Culver City and then continue her education studying cranio scaral, polarity therapy, chair massage and myofacial massage. This has enabled her to give each client a customized treatment to best suit their individual issues and limitations The goal of most massage treatments, whether in a chair or on a table is to increase the range of motion, create a heightened relaxed state to decrease pain and speed healing as well as encouraging self care, proper posture and select exercises to assist in the recovery process.
